Yes. We offer packaging development services and help create concepts, prototypes, and die-lines tailored to your product — factoring in functionality, cost efficiency, transit testing, and design.

No. We can only assist with minor text changes to existing artwork. However, we're happy to recommend agencies and freelancers who can help with ideation.

While our standard lead time is 12–15 days, we have also delivered large-volume consignments within a span of 3–5 days. We understand the critical role our boxes play in ensuring your product reaches the shelf on time.

Raw Material Inspection & Testing

Every batch begins with rigorous inspection and quality testing of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet our quality standards. We source RM from our approved vendor list who are periodically audited.

Precision Cutting

Paperboard are accurately cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting machines, ensuring consistency for every production run.

Ink selection & testing

All inks are tested using a spectrometer to ensure accurate colour matching and consistent shade reproduction. Every ink used is EN-71 compliant, making our packaging safe for export and suitable for products handled by children.

Offset Printing

Our advanced 6-Colour, 5-Colour, and 2-Colour Offset Printing Machines produce vibrant, high-resolution graphics with exceptional colour consistency.

Coating / Lamination

Every Job is either coated (Aqua / UV Varnish) or laminated to ensure that there is no scuffing during transit and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the board. We can offer gloss, matt, satin, and velvet finishes.

Value Addition

To enhance the aesthetic value of the boxes, the following processes Foil stamping, Spot UV, UV Drip off, embossing, Graining etc.

Die Cutting

Using our automatic die-cutters, printed sheets are transformed into precisely cut packaging components with clean, accurate finishes.

Folding & Pasting

Advanced folder-gluing technology ensures accurate folding, secure bonding, and flawless carton assembly for efficient packaging performance. Our folder gluers support all types of substrates and sizes.

Packing & Transport

All products are packed in 5-ply boxes to ensure zero damage in transit. Our pan-India logistics network ensures fast, reliable delivery, while our established export network enables us to serve customers across international markets with the same consistency and care.
